MentorWorks provides prospective employees’ views on their ideal job and employer based on interviews with over 300 job seekers.
MentorWorks has released its 2023 Prospective Employee survey which compiles data on and analyzes job seekers’ preferences for jobs and employers across various industries. Our data is obtained from direct conversations we have had with over 300 job seekers.
This report is intended to provide actionable data and insights to recruiters, staffing organizations, and corporate HR officers to:
- Design and develop their sourcing and screening strategies and messaging, which in turn, can be used to create faster and more streamlined recruiting processes.
- Better understand the priorities of new hires and create strategies to improve retention of employees.
- Create job requirements that are more tailored to candidates in an industry and thus more effective in attracting the candidates with the best fit.
